We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unwanted merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased outside of Australia are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.

Australian Orders: Enjoy free shipping on orders over AU$70; otherwise, a flat rate of AU$9.95 applies. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, but weather events can extend this to 45 days. Contact us for specific product shipping info. We'll notify you of significant delays.

International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If no option appears, we currently don't ship to your country; contact us if you're still interested.

Order Processing & Tracking: Orders ship within 24-48 hours, with delivery taking 10-45 business days. You'll receive a tracking email within 3-5 days of shipment.

Address & Returns: Ensure your address is correct. Contact us immediately for changes, though we can't guarantee them. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Undeliverable parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect incur a AU$15 reshipping fee.

Delivered but Not Received & Customs: For confirmed deliveries not received, contact the courier first, then us within 24 hours. For repeated issues, consider a work address. Uncollected parcels returned from post offices also incur a AU$15 reshipping fee. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes.
