Shipping Policy

Australian orders
Shipping is free on all orders valued at AU$70 or more There is a AU$9.95 flat rate shipping and handling fee for all orders valued under AU$70.

To most destinations delivery takes 10 - 15 business days. Please be mindful that severe weather events, on any given day in any given location globally, can cause disruptions to the postal service which leads to delays and delivery time can take anywhere between 10 - 45 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

International orders
Shipping options and cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If no shipping option is displayed for you at checkout, we currently don't ship to your country, if this is the case for you and you really want to purchase our products, please contact us, info@majesticluckystones.com

Order Processing
All orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, it may take 10 to 45 business days for you to receive your order.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 3-5 working days for the tracking information to be active. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Wrong Address
Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address, as it is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel, change or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you have received it. For more information on how to return your order, see our returns policy.

Please note that your parcel will not always be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect and or unknown. Most delivery companies send the parcel to a sorting facility where the parcel is then destroyed.
If the tracking information shows that your parcel was returned to sender due to incorrect and or unknown address or failure to collect the parcel from your local post office, contact us at info@majesticluckystones.com with your order number. You will need to pay a AU$15.00 Shipping and Handling fee to cover the costs for us to resend your parcel to you.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter a correct shipping address and to collect their order within the noted timeframe from their local post office. We do not automatically resend returned undeliverable parcels and we do not contact the buyer of the returned undeliverable parcel, as it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us in regards to their returned undeliverable parcel.

Returns
By placing an order at Majestic Lucky Stones, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Majestic Lucky Stones. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Delivered but not Delivered
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. You may contact us within 24 hours of the date “delivery confirmed” by the courier's tracking information and we will help you with all the information that you require to lodge a “missing item” with the courier.

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it.
If your local delivery company takes your parcel to your local post office for collection and you fail to collect your parcel within the noted time frame and is then returned to us, you will have to pay a $15.00 shipping and handling fee to cover the costs incurred for us to resend your parcel/order to you.

Customs
Majestic Lucky Stones is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs could be prior to buying if unsure.
